Who handles your information

What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email, venue name, venue type and location. A phone number and additional details are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We use these details to respond, assess whether your venue is suitable and discuss a potential partnership. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing venue partnerships. Where you enquire on your own behalf about entering a contract, we also process the relevant details to take steps at your request before a contract.

We do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing. Submitting the form does not commit you to an installation or agreement.

Website security and service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare for domain services, form processing, spam protection and email delivery. Enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox, hosted by Google. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission is genuine. It processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device signals. The form service verifies that check before accepting an enquiry. Its application code does not log your message or contact details. Hosting and security providers may keep technical request logs.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards. See their OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google privacy information for details.

This website does not add advertising or visitor analytics tools. Essential security technologies may be used by our service providers.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and discuss a possible partnership. If a partnership proceeds, relevant correspondence may become part of our business records. Information may also need to be retained for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed; retention is reviewed based on those purposes, rather than an automatic deletion period.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where it applies. These rights are subject to applicable conditions. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission. The venue suitability checker is an indicative guide only; it does not make a binding automated decision about your venue.
